As of September 1st 2015, Swizzbeads will be offering free shipment throughout the US & Caribbean Islands.Our free delivery service may take 4-6 working days, upon receiving cleared payment of the order, unless an item is out of stock.
For all orders to European countries, there will be a charge which we will have you confirm before purchase.
All orders are subject to the item being in stock.
Rest of the World customers order are delivered using DHL/Fedex and need to be quoted.
If an item is not in stock or in the case of a special order, we normally have an average delivery lead time of 3 – 6 weeks. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods and/or the supplies of services are approximate only, and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or supply however caused.
Delivery dates might change if, in case the order is placed during the weekends, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, natural calamities, adverse bad weather conditions and any circumstances beyond our control.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery point as well as on the order’s total weight and volume. We will indicate the exact delivery costs for each of your orders once we have the delivery address and the desired means of transport.
Is it possible to have something gift wrapped?
When validating your order, you can choose to have your purchase gift wrapped. Your purchases will then be delivered wrapped in gift paper and a Swizzbeads gift bag.
