How do I return or exchange an item ordered through the swizzbeads.com website?
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, or if an item has been received faulty, you must report it immediately to our online customer service team on or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that only within 7 days of receiving your ordered goods may you opt for a refund. Please ensure the returned item is sent securely in its original packaging. We recommend that you return your item by DHL/FedEx (see below for details of the return address).
The latter is essential as should the parcel go missing, this method of delivery allows it to be tracked. It may further help us if you attach a note simply stating the reason for the refund or exchange.
Only at Swizzbeads discretion would ‘special orders’ be accepted for returns and refund.
If unfortunately, your item(s) has become faulty since its purchase which has not been caused by accidental damage, then under the 8 months warranty you are entitled to a replacement or a different item of the same value.
Simply use our live chat to speak to one of our customer service agents or email email@example.com (Please quote your order number when contacting us). In this case, the item should be returned using the same procedure as described above.
Once the item has been received at our Head Office (at the address below) one of our customer service agents will verify the item and if it is defective/faulty they will proceed with the exchange and send you a replacement.
IMPORTANT: When returning your item, you are responsible for ensuring the package for the full purchase price.
